is there a program that no only re-encodes the video and the audio without extracting the audio

No. If you want to encode the audio from LPCM to AC3 the you have to demux it.
No program can do both.

You can’t encode AC3 audio.
You’re only able to convert LPCM as that is essentially a raw format, which is why the file size and bitrate is so high.

how do i edit the subs on maestroSBT so they color white
when i generate the .sst they appear blue with red outline

That’s normal. You edit the colours using DVDSubEdit.

Just tested it and no problems on my end.
You sure your not trying to skip the OP as that would cause it to continue from after the original OP it’s linked from, aka episode 1, rather than continue onto ep 2/3?
