Hi there I’ve been using your great guide (thanks again!), but I’m having one problem I was hoping you might know the answer to. When I add subtitles to a DVD, it shows up on playback of a multiple episodes DVD only if I select Play All. If I go into chapter selection and pick a particular episode, it doesn’t recognize that the subtitles are there. I figure it must be a problem with the IFO file, and I’d guess there’s a way to correct it in VobBlanker but I haven’t been able to figure it out yet. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Basically your DVD will probably have seperate VTS’s or what have you for each ep, reusing the cells from the ‘play all’ VTS.
The subs will be there on the individual eps, you just need to enable them.
To do so, load up in Pgc Edit, on the left hand side find the section for each ep (determined by runtime), then double click on each.
You will see a subtitle section near top right. Click on the ‘0′ one, then for ‘WIDE’ leave as ‘0′ then for ‘LETTERBOX’ set as ‘1′.
Repeat for each ep, save, then test to make sure it’s worked.

YOU ARE AWESOME! Thanks so much, I would not in 10 thousand years have figured that out, but it’s such a simple fix.
I guess I’m not the only one making this mistake because some DVDs I’ve downloaded from AsianDVDClub have that problem. I’ll post your method when I come across one. Thanks again.
